Recognizing the need for a responsive and inclusive governance framework, this document outlines key changes and reforms aimed at resolving critical issues, protecting fundamental rights, and promoting the interests of all Congolese citizens.
This draft constitution aims above all at the development of the national economy and for the benefit of all Congolese.
